html5 - Is there any GUI framework with support for both web and desktop apps? -


is there gui framework can render ui create both web app , desktop app, on created qt or gtk? not want "native" app displays html ui in window.

have @ silverlight if don't mind .net coding. possible desktop , web using same codebase. see example here
